TERMS AND CONDITIONS –

Refunds and Agreement
You agree you are over the age of 18
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future booking.
A no-show or same-day cancellation will result in the loss of the full treatment/session fee.
Behavior Policy
Rude, aggressive, inappropriate, or unwanted behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
If such behavior occurs, your treatment or session will be cancelled immediately and all payments made will be forfeited with no refund provided.
Client Accuracy of Information
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and truthful, including all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications, and sensitivities.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation of your session, forfeiture of payments, or adverse reactions for which Psychic Medium Kylie is not liable.

Nature of Services
Psychic Medium Kylie provides a range of holistic, well-being, massage, Reiki, intuitive, psychic, and mediumship services.
These services are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
All intuitive or mediumship messages are subjective, may be open to interpretation, and are provided for spiritual and personal insight only.
No specific outcomes or guarantees are stated or implied.
Client Responsibility for Decisions
By booking, you understand and agree that:
You remain solely responsible for all decisions, choices, actions, and interpretations you make during or after your session.
Psychic Medium Kylie, its owners, staff, readers, healers, contractors, and practitioners cannot and will not be held responsible for what you choose to do with any information received.
You agree not to pursue any claim against, Psychic Medium Kylie or any practitioner based on your personal decisions, actions, or outcomes.
No Liability for Use of Information
You acknowledge that:
Psychic Medium Kylie and all staff/practitioners accept no liability for any emotional distress, mental impact, financial decisions, relationship outcomes, lifestyle changes, or personal actions taken as a result of your session.
Any guidance, predictions, or messages received are not guaranteed and may not come to pass.
You understand that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
Physical Premises & Safety
While all reasonable care is taken to maintain a safe environment, Psychic Medium Kylie and its staff/practitioners are not liable for:
Any accident, fall, injury, or incident occurring on or off the premises
Any allergic reaction, sensitivity, or adverse response to oils, incense, crystals, sound, treatments, or energy work
Loss or damage of personal belongings
You accept full personal responsibility for your wellbeing while attending any session.
Release of Liability
By making a booking, you fully release and discharge:
Kylie Renton, (Psychic Medium Kylie), all staff, contractors, practitioners, readers, therapists, and any person acting on behalf of Psychic Medium Kylie
from:
Any and all liability
Any claim or cause of action
Any injury, loss, damage, consequence, or outcome
arising directly or indirectly from your session, your reliance on information, or your presence on the premises.
Acknowledgement & Acceptance
You’ll be asked to agree and accepted all terms upon booking.

Everything discussed before, during, and after any session is treated with the highest level of privacy and confidentiality.
No details shared in readings, treatments, healings, consultations, or communications will be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.
Client Information
All client information — including names, contact details, session notes, emails, messages, and personal disclosures — will remain strictly confidential.
Client details will never be sold, shared, or provided to any external party for any reason unless you give explicit written consent or there is a legal obligation to do so.
Protection of Sacred Work
My work is a gift bestowed by God, and my Spirit Guides and I honor this responsibility with integrity, respect, and confidentiality.
I will never compromise the trust placed in me or jeopardise the sacred nature of this work in any way.
